Invitation Letter:

Official letters of invitation designed to assist with obtaining an entry visa are available for registered delegates upon request. If you require an invitation letter for visa purposes, please email to nckuiwrr@gmail.com and provide the following information:

• Full Name (as it appears in your passport)
• Mailing Address
• Passport Number
• Date of Birth
• Passport Issued at (Place, Country)
• Date of Issue (Date Month Year)
• Date of Expiry (Date Month Year)
• Nationality

After receiving your request, we will issue a digital invitation letter within one week. Please review the letter carefully and promptly notify us of any necessary amendments by emailing nckuiwrr@gmail.com.

Additionally, if a family member intends to accompany you to the conference and requires a visa, please provide details of their relationship to you along with their passport information.

We advise you to initiate the visa application process well in advance (preferably at least 2 months prior to the required visa date).
